We are very fortunate at Abbey Farm to have so many fantastic accommodation options available to both our couples and their guests. Located directly in Woodhall Spa itself or the surrounding villages, there are varying options to suit all and we are happy to help advise you with this.
For Couples....
The treetop hideaways in Woodhall Spa offer a romantic retreat, perfect for spending your wedding weekend! Set amongst 17 acres of mature, rhododendron woodlands, these luxurious rustic treehouses, for two, provide a quiet solitude, in natural leafy surroundings, a dreamy sanctuary any time of year! Snuggle up to the crackle of the log burner during the winter months or enjoy rowing across the lake under the sun during the summer.
For Families…
There are 7 fresh contemporary ensuite rooms available at the Leagate inn – including a large romantic suite with a free standing bath and double shower, perfect for newly weds. With its original character and charm, it really feels like a home from home – they even let you bring your four-legged friends with you! Their food is also exceptional and for when you are feeling a little jaded following a busy wedding day before, they offer one of the best breakfasts in the county!
With a huge 53 rooms, if your family is on the larger side or you would like to bring your families together, you can get everyone together by staying at the Petwood. They offer single, double & twin rooms, all beautifully furnished. A select few include stunning garden views and traditional four-poster beds as well as additional living space – ideal for bridal parties hoping to get ready at the hotel the morning of the wedding. You can enjoy some delicious Lincolnshire dishes in the Restaurant or from the comfort of your room if you are still a little weary from a night of dancing!
For Friends …
Bainland is picturesque lodge retreat perfect for large groups looking to make an occasion of the wedding weekend. Stay in one of their many lake-side lodges, as a romantic stay for two or catering for larger parties in one of their family villas which can sleep up to 24 guests. As well as all of the lodges having private hot tubs, the larger villas offer a private pool or private tennis court. Enjoy drinking/dining in the newly designed NEST terrace, bar and restaurant or have a private chef cook for you and your guests from the comfort of your lodge. Food is also available to be delivered to your door or shake it up by having a mixologist create cocktails for you all at your lodge.
For Big Groups …
With a range of accommodation options, Bainvalley Cottages can cater for up to18 guests. Consisting of four spacious and separate properties that are situated close together, it is the perfect place to have a larger gathering of people where you can be together and also retreat to your own accommodation. The hayloft has a large, open plan dining and living area that can be arranged to seat 18 for hosting meals together.
Located at the end of a private road in the beautiful village of Hemingby, Bainvalley Holiday Cottages sit on the edge of the beautiful rolling Lincolnshire Wolds and is only a 20 minute drive from Abbey Farm. You and your friends/family can enjoy peace and tranquility, as well as the luxury of privacy, bringing a relaxed feel to calm the pre-wedding excitement!

The Oak Barn
Our Oak Barn is built in the traditional Lincolnshire style which offers a truly amazing building which will seat 90 guests.
The Old Granary
This stunning space can be incorporated into your day however you wish. Hold your ceremony under the elegant mezzanine lights to create the most romantic setting.
St Leonard's Church
This 13th Century Church offers intimate and magical charm for your wedding ceremony or blessing. Located just across the meadows, walk across a grassy field or a magical woodland walk or take a ride back to the barn for your reception.
The Bar
With our team of friendly and welcoming bar staff, you can be sure your guest will be well looked after.
The Gardens
The gardens are south facing and perfect for sipping champagne and eating canapés, or for a truly spectacular feast use our unique outdoor dining space for your wedding breakfast.
